Strategic Marketing Plan
During my internship at Career Services I was tasked to create an industry focused marketing plan. The plan outlined strategic marketing initiatives to increase employer engagement and brand awareness of SDSU Career Services. By leveraging the growing team, increased social media initiatives, and data-driven strategies, I aim to bridge the gap between student needs and employer demands, creating mutually beneficial partnerships.
Social Media
During my internship, I focused on engaging with our employers and community partners as a marketing intern. Working at a college career service center, our goal is not only to develop students but also to connect them with meaningful opportunities. My role as an employer-focused marketing intern centered on social media and content creation initiatives aimed at creating opportunities for both employers and students.
While my primary focus was on engaging with employers and community partners, I also collaborated on various projects involving our student body. I contributed to creating video content, copy writing, and generating ideas for our other platforms and audiences. I worked closely with our small team of three to tackle a variety of different challenges.
