I'm Tyler, a senior at San Diego State University studying Communication with a minor in Digital Media Studies. Currently, I'm honing my skills as a marketing intern at the campus career center.

My journey has been shaped by a deep-seated desire to connect with people, whether through food, multimedia, or meaningful conversations. Growing up, I spent a lot of time at my mother's bakery in a small Michigan town, instilling in me a profound appreciation for local businesses and their role in community cohesion.

Since then, San Diego has been my home. To support my family and fund my education, I've worked in various roles in the food industry, from baker to line chef to cashier.

My marketing position on campus aligns with my passion for film, photography, and media. I believe these mediums are powerful tools for storytelling, fostering stronger relationships and communities.

Today, these experiences have culminated in my pursuit of a career that merges my love for marketing and photography, allowing me to connect with diverse audiences and share compelling narratives.
